Dans sa premi\u00e8re partie l\u2019\u00e9tude tente de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique\u00a0: \u00eatre notable dans un milieu tribal est-il le fait d\u2019une auto-transformation socio-\u00e9conomique ou bien une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 politique due \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des rapports entre pouvoir central et communaut\u00e9s locales. Dans un second volet de l\u2019analyse, l\u2019\u00e9tude met en exergue le r\u00f4le des notables dans les transformations des structures de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 tribale ainsi que ses relations avec le pouvoir central dans l\u2019objectif de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique\u00a0: Que (re)pr\u00e9sente l\u2019aristocratie tribale\u00a0? Est-ce que ces hommes influents sont des simples agents d\u2019Etat ou des notables\u00a0? Et par cons\u00e9quent valoriser l\u2019apport du local dans la construction de l\u2019Etat dans la Tunisie moderne et
